Vista Users, new to the Yousab service are required to turn off the Users account control in windows set up, due to Vistas standard default settings blocking Yousab Messengers VPLAN configuring correctly for your PC or laptop. Vista users are required to follow the procedure below, before Installing the Yousab Messenger



  1. Click on Start followed by Control panel on your PC desk top.



  1. Select User Accounts and Family Safety as shown below





  1. Select User Accounts as shown below





  1. Select Turn User Account Control on or off as shown below







Note: Remove the TICK from the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer followed by selecting OK as shown below.



  1. Once this procedure has been done, you will then be able to use the UNBLOCK All or VPN tunnel function in the YouSAB Messenger.
