Introduction

YouSAB Messenger Service & InterCard, YouSAB Ltd is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the YouSab Ltd Sites & Services

YouSab keeps log files that include your IP address for statistic and logging of abuse purpose only. Log files are under no circumstances shared with any third party except if required by law or court order by a competent court.

By signing up to the YouSab newsletter, updating and adding your company details to the database or other subscriptions on the YouSab Sites or services, you agree that:

  1. YouSAB Ltd. stores your contact details and personal information if provided including: full name, e-mail, gender, company name and address, city, country, IP address, phone number, fax number, birth date, nationality, primary role, corporate website, number of employees and industry in a database;

  2. YouSAB Ltd. may use your personal information to send you information about issues YouSAB Ltd finds relevant, including third party information however the sender will always be YouSAB Ltd. for easy identification;

  3. We may contact you via email if our terms changes, if authorities demands it, when services are added, updated or modified;

  4. You can manually request to be deleted from our database and all information held about you by YouSab Ltd will be removed;

  5. YouSAB Ltd. may use, store, transfer and process your personal information; and

  6. You can however, remove yourself from any of the YouSAB Ltd. mailing lists, commercial messages or info messages by following the instructions at the end of each email sent to you by YouSAB Ltd. Any mailing lists on the site will in no way be shared, sold or any other way be revealed to any third parties other than as specifically provided in these TOS or if required by law or court order by a competent court.
